DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We currently only ship to Malaysia (East & West). For other location, please drop us an e-mail and we will assist further. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? 

It depends where you are. We are using standard delivery for our normal orders. For Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas, orders processed will take 2-5 working days to arrive. For Sabah and Sarawak areas, orders processed will take 6-8 working days to arrive. 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN URGENT ORDER?

For those urgent order, you are recommended to use our Express delivery(same day delivery), kindly contact us to arrange the necessary delivery and get the accurate shipping charge. Currently we are only provide express delivery for the customers within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas.

 

CAN I RETURN MY GOODS? 

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
